Your area of responsibility
As part of the newly created Corporate Development team, you will support the planning, structuring, and execution of company-wide change, program management and corporate development activities.
This role is focused on bringing analytical rigor, structure, and follow-through to internal projects that transform how the company operates and scales. You will work across functions, helping ensure that initiatives are well-defined, properly challenged, and executed efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Director Corporate Development in overseeing the change program, including initiative tracking, governance, and progress reporting
- Gathering, analysing, and critically reviewing requirements from project leads, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with company priorities
- Translating complex ideas into clear artefacts (problem statements, requirements, decision logs, roadmaps, dashboards) to enable alignment and execution
- Tracking changes and their impact across processes, systems, and teams, scheduling meetings and workshops, ensuring transparency and follow-through
- Preparing analyses and recommendations to support prioritization and decision-making at senior management level
- Acting as a thought partner helping to bring structure to ambiguity and momentum to execution of the change program
- Challenging assumptions constructively, identifying gaps, overlaps, or inefficiencies early
- Over time, taking ownership of projects or workstreams, with the opportunity to grow into an independent project lead role
This is a hands-on role with significant learning potential, designed for someone who enjoys figuring things out, connecting dots, and making change actually happen.
Your skills and experience
- Strong academic background in business administration or equivalent with a deep understanding of the financial industry
- 5+years of relevant experience in the financial industry, ideally in business analysis, consulting, program/project management, or corporate development
- A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex topics and break them down into actionable components
- Comfort operating in incomplete or evolving problem spaces, with curiosity and the confidence to ask “why” and “what if”
- Strong stakeholder communication skills; able to listen, synthesize, and articulate insights clearly and pragmatically
- High level of ownership, reliability, and drive, with a genuine interest in learning and growing over time
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus
